♻️ Sustainability isn’t just about materials.

The packaging industry is making big strides in recyclable, lightweight, and eco-friendly designs. But there’s another part of the puzzle that often gets overlooked: transport planning. Every under-filled trailer means: More trucks on the road 🚚 * Higher CO₂ emissions 🌫️ * Greater operational costs 💰 By using Clockwork, packaging manufacturers can align sustainability

💸 Are you leaving money on the road?

For many packaging manufacturers, transport planning is still handled with spreadsheets and manual guesswork. The result? * Half-filled trailers 🚛 * More miles than necessary 🛣️ * Rising CO₂ emissions 🌍 With margins under pressure, these inefficiencies hurt both profit and sustainability goals. At KickSix, we believe your transport shouldn’t be the weak link in

🔗 Why integration matters.

Most packaging manufacturers still run production, warehousing, and transport on separate systems. That means silos, delays, and costly mistakes. 🚛 Clockwork breaks down those walls — linking MES, ERP, and Warehouse into one connected planning flow. The result? Faster decisions, smoother operations, and a supply chain that finally works as one. 👉 Ready

🧩 Why We Built Clockwork

We asked ourselves a simple question: 💡 Why is outbound logistics still one of the least automated processes in packaging manufacturing? The reality is: * Transport planning is still manual & reactive * Production, warehousing & delivery often work in silos * Short lead times + complex deliveries drive up cost & stress * Poor resource

🚛 The Hidden Cost of Poor Transport Planning

❌ Manual & Reactive Planning – fire-fighting instead of forward planning ❌ Siloed Operations – production, warehousing, and delivery working in isolation ❌ Last-Minute Changes – time slot pressure, multi-drop chaos, and rising costs When these challenges stack up, margins shrink, lead-times slip, and customers look elsewhere. It’s time to re-engineer transport planning. At KickSix,
